Expansion Project

The Greenwich Islamic Centre is undergoing major renovation works to extend the mosque buildings and provide necessary facilities and services to the ever-growing community.

The project is large and ambitious, however since starting the project, our congregation has continued to increase and thereby, we are confident that once the project is fully complete, the community will benefit immensely.

We have had numerous donation appeals, and are proud of our community to say that over 90% of all funds raised have been directly from the congregation of the Greenwich Islamic Centre.

We will be keeping everyone up to date with regards to the construction project on this page. Please find below information of all the progresses of the past, the developments of the present and our ambitions for the future.

Furthermore, please remember we are still in need of funds and have various schemes through which we aim to generate donations. We thank you of all whom that have donated and urge all to continue to donate.
